This course addresses the critical importance of personal character and integrity in the life of a leader. While gifting may open doors, it is character that sustains influence and secures long-term fruitfulness. Leaders in the Church must not only preach truth but live it from the inside out.

This course will explore the inner life of the leader, focusing on the condition of the heart, personal holiness, humility, and relational boundaries. It will call leaders to align their public ministry with private integrity, embracing correction and accountability as signs of maturity.

 

Learning Objectives:
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Identify the roots and dangers of pride, jealousy, and envy in ministry
  • Cultivate personal holiness, repentance, and truth in the inner life
  • Embrace correction and accountability as essential to leadership growth
  • Navigate conflict with spiritual wisdom rather than carnal reaction
  • Set clear, godly boundaries to protect purity and relational integrity
