Throughout Scripture, God has communicated through dreams, visions, parables, symbols, types, and prophetic imagery. From Joseph and Daniel to Peter and John, the Lord has revealed His purposes through symbolic language that requires spiritual discernment, biblical grounding, and humble interpretation. In our generation, many believers are experiencing dreams and visions, yet without proper biblical foundation, interpretation can easily drift into imagination, personal bias, or error.
This course is designed to establish a strong biblical framework for understanding dreams and visions while anchoring all interpretation in the authority of Scripture. We will explore the difference between divine revelation and soulish imagination, examine the role of symbolic language in both Old and New Testaments, and develop practical tools for interpretation that protect against deception and spiritual pride.
The goal of this course is not to create sensationalism, but maturity. We want to raise up believers who can discern what is from the Lord, interpret responsibly, submit revelation to Scripture and leadership, and steward dreams and visions with humility and wisdom. By the end of this course, students will be equipped to handle symbolic revelation biblically, safely, and fruitfully.
