This course is designed to strengthen the internal life and spiritual resilience of every leader. It focuses on cultivating daily disciplines, nurturing a vibrant prayer life, walking in Spirit-led discernment, and maintaining emotional, mental, and spiritual health through intentional rhythms of rest and renewal. Leaders will also be trained to pursue personal wholeness through deliverance and inner healing, ensuring they minister from a place of purity and strength. Each module will guide leaders to align their inner world with the heart of God, allowing their public ministry to flow from a deeply rooted private walk with Christ.

Course Structure:

Module 1: Daily Disciplines of a Healthy Leader
Develop habits of prayer, Scripture reading, worship, and reflection that nourish the inner man and keep leadership anchored in Christ.

Module 2: Prayer and the Inner Life of the Shepherd
Explore the life of private communion with God, learning to lead from the secret place, and understanding the power of intercessory leadership.

Module 3: Fasting, Discernment, and Spirit-Led Leadership
Learn the connection between fasting, spiritual clarity, and wise decision-making in ministry. Emphasize sensitivity to the Holy Spirit.

Module 4: When Leaders Get Tired: Burnout, Sabbath, and Renewal
Identify the warning signs of fatigue, the biblical purpose of sabbath, and practical strategies for emotional, spiritual, and physical renewal.

Module 5: Deliverance, Inner Healing, and the Leader's Wholeness
Examine the role of inner healing and deliverance in leadership, understanding how unresolved wounds and spiritual strongholds impact personal and ministry life.
