Leadership in the kingdom of God is not rooted in position, personality, or personal ambition. It is rooted in stewardship. Every leader in the Body of Christ is entrusted with influence, responsibility, and spiritual authority that ultimately belongs to God. The Scriptures teach that authority is not something leaders possess for themselves, but something entrusted to them for the benefit of others and for the advancement of God's purposes. This course explores the biblical understanding of spiritual authority and the responsibility that comes with it. Leaders will examine how authority originates with God, how it is delegated within the Body of Christ, and how it must be exercised with humility, accountability, and reverence. The course also addresses the dangers of misusing authority, the consequences of spiritual pride, and the importance of maintaining a servant heart while carrying leadership responsibility. Students will learn that authority in the kingdom is not about control but about stewardship. Leaders are called to protect, guide, and serve the people entrusted to them. When authority is handled properly, it brings order, protection, growth, and spiritual maturity to the church. When it is mishandled, it creates confusion, harm, and division. Understanding the weight of leadership authority helps leaders walk carefully before the Lord and remain faithful to the calling they have received. The goal of this course is to help leaders recognize that spiritual authority is both a privilege and a sacred responsibility. Throughout Scripture, God has communicated through dreams, visions, parables, symbols, types, and prophetic imagery. From Joseph and Daniel to Peter and John, the Lord has revealed His purposes through symbolic language that requires spiritual discernment, biblical grounding, and humble interpretation. In our generation, many believers are experiencing dreams and visions, yet without proper biblical foundation, interpretation can easily drift into imagination, personal bias, or error. This course is designed to establish a strong biblical framework for understanding dreams and visions while anchoring all interpretation in the authority of Scripture. We will explore the difference between divine revelation and soulish imagination, examine the role of symbolic language in both Old and New Testaments, and develop practical tools for interpretation that protect against deception and spiritual pride. The goal of this course is not to create sensationalism, but maturity. We want to raise up believers who can discern what is from the Lord, interpret responsibly, submit revelation to Scripture and leadership, and steward dreams and visions with humility and wisdom. By the end of this course, students will be equipped to handle symbolic revelation biblically, safely, and fruitfully. The Christian life is not defined only by what we believe, but by how we live. Scripture teaches that the Holy Spirit produces visible fruit in the life of every believer who walks in step with Him. This course is designed to help new believers understand that spiritual growth is not achieved through self effort, but through daily surrender to the Holy Spirit, allowing His character to be formed within them.
