This course introduces students to the biblical foundations and purpose of the gift of prophecy as outlined in both the Old and New Testaments. Unlike the office of the prophet, the gift of prophecy is given to edify, exhort, and comfort the Body of Christ and is available to Spirit-filled believers. Students will learn how this gift operates through love, how it brings life and encouragement, and how it aligns with God’s Word. The course will also highlight the responsibility and maturity required to steward prophetic utterance in alignment with biblical order.

This course is ideal for believers who sense a prompting to speak on God’s behalf, want to grow in sensitivity to the Holy Spirit, or are learning to operate in their spiritual gifts with clarity and integrity.
